Tutor Session Monitor

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily tutoring session logins and flag issues in real time.
• Respond to tutor emergencies and no-shows, including stepping in to deliver tutoring sessions as needed.
• Provide technical support to tutors on an as-needed basis.
• Complete small operations tasks during lighter hours to support the team.

Qualifications:

• Current or expired K-6 teaching certification and classroom teaching experience focused on reading.
• Strong grounding in the Science of Reading: phonics, structured literacy, fluency, vocabulary.
• Comfortable stepping into a tutoring session with little advance notice.
• Available Monday-Thursday during daytime hours, with a consistent schedule of 8-20 hours per week.
