Student Support:
- Provide timely support resolving inquiries using Front/HubSpot.
- Answer phone calls from current and potential students.
- Respond to email, SMS, and social media inquiries.
Academic Assistance:
- Work 1:1 with students to help them stay on-track academically.
- Ensure students meet all requirements for graduation.
- Coach students struggling with motivation and grades.
Documentation and Problem-Solving:
- Create and update help documentation for frequently asked questions.
- Address issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Help students problem-solve and stay on track.
