Job Description
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from chart audits, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement; Utilize tools such as QuickSight, Athena, Clarity, and Google Workspace for data-driven insights; Contribute to performance improvement projects across the patient care team.
Collaborate & Communicate: Proactively clarify uncertainties, ask for support when needed, and foster a collaborative and transparent team culture; Maintain high standards of accuracy and protocol compliance; Ensure due dates are met.
Quality Improvement: Assist in developing and refining auditing resources, protocols, and guidelines to promote continuous improvement in clinical practices; Passion for quality; Compassionate and thoughtful approach to decision-making and feedback, with a strong ability to consider multiple perspectives to inform conclusions.
