Data Scientist: Property & Specialty Product Design & Modeling

The Role:

• Join the Property & Specialty Product Design & Modeling department to develop industry-leading pricing and underwriting models.
• Turn data science insights into business value and partner closely with business stakeholders to align risk with rate.
• Work in a stimulating environment with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and engagement with the data science community.

What You'll Do:

• Design pricing programs deployment pipeline from modeling to product launch.
• Manipulate large structured and unstructured datasets to generate insights and build predictive models.
• Customize analytic solutions to stakeholder needs and collaborate with other data science teams.

What You Bring:

• Solid knowledge of predictive analytics techniques and statistical diagnostics of models.
• Advanced knowledge of predictive toolset and ability to exchange ideas clearly.
• Competencies typically acquired through 0-1 yrs. with a Ph.D., 2-3 yrs. with a master's, or 4+ yrs. with a bachelor's degree.
