Graphic Design Expert

Accountabilities:

• Review and evaluate graphic design samples using a dedicated data-labeling platform and standardized quality criteria.
• Assess typography, including readability, hierarchy, font selection, and appropriate font pairing.
• Evaluate visual hierarchy, composition, balance, focal points, spacing, alignment, and grid usage.

Requirements:

• Formal training in graphic design, visual arts, or a related discipline through a degree, certificate, bootcamp, or equivalent professional education, or 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of core design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, layout, and visual communication.
• Ability to objectively critique and evaluate design work against established professional standards rather than relying primarily on personal taste.
