Accountabilities:

• Develop precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world design deliverables.
• Evaluate AI-generated and human-created design samples against established criteria.
• Assign consistent, evidence-based scores with detailed written justifications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, or related discipline.
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, and composition.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional-level design judgment and exceptional written communication.
