Job Description

As a Content Policy Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, editing, and maintaining safety content policies and guidelines. Your job involves ensuring that policies are comprehensive and easily understandable for team members, including the safety modeling team and annotators. You will utilize documentation to track policy drafting, updates, and emerging needs, as well as maintain and update the policy hub, both internally and externally, making Cohere’s policies accessible and easily navigable. You will also develop multi-modal content policies, focusing on violence, image-based abuse, and CSEA/CSAM, to address potential risks and challenges. This position may involve reviewing and labeling potentially harmful content to refine policies and harm definitions. This is a one-year part-time contract position for 20 hours per week.
