We are seeking skilled remote Appeals Analysts to support FEMA’s Hermit’s Peak/Calf Canyon (HPCC) Claims Office. Appeals Analysts perform detailed administrative record reviews, evaluate appeal submissions for accuracy and policy compliance, and prepare written, well-supported appeal recommendation memorandums for FEMA consideration. These roles require meticulous documentation analysis, strong writing abilities, and the ability to apply FEMA regulations and HPCC program policy consistently.

You will play a critical role in resolving post-payment disputes related to Workers’ Compensation bills, conducting provider outreach, negotiating disputed charges, and ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations to support cost containment efforts and ensure appropriate bill reimbursement for clients.
