Associate Director, Events and Sponsorships

As a strategic operator and creative producer, you are tasked with building Quince’s in-real-life presence through high-impact events and cultural sponsorships. This role leads the vision, planning, and execution of IRL activations, from immersive pop-ups and retail takeovers to large-scale sponsorships like the US Open and F1. You'll ensure every experience is elevated, brand-right, and rooted in our values of modern luxury and accessibility. This role requires equal parts creative thinking, operational rigor, and relationship-building. Key responsibilities include owning event and sponsorship strategy, leading execution of brand experiences, developing sponsorship opportunities, and managing budgets and vendors.
