Select, manage, train, and develop staff, providing feedback through performance reviews and development plans.
Lead a team of statistical programmers, including recruitment and retention.
Lead resource planning, forecasting employees and external resources like contractors and CROs.

Programming and Quality:

Oversee derivation of datasets, analysis dataset specifications, and consistency across clinical studies.
Develop and oversee code for Tables, Listings, and Figures, ensuring quality processes and code verification.
Participate in CRF development, edit check specs, and SAP review.

Regulatory and Collaboration:

Create documentation for regulatory filings and ensure adherence to QMS and regulatory guidance.
Manage CROs for outsourced programming activities and monitor timelines and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead development of standard code and SOPs.
