Job Details:
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth.
- Enjoy autonomy with no corporate interference.
- Caseloads build rapidly, with support from a collaborative team.
Job Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in additional states.
- Significant clinical experience preferred, experience with LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $60–$70.
- Medical insurance benefit available for full-time hours.
- $200 per supervisee for supervision work.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote, flexible days and hours.
- Virtual clinical team meetings held at least monthly.
- Emphasis on team-based coordination between psychiatric and counselor providers.
