Job Description
Empower clinicians, enhance care delivery, and scale impact as part of our Global Medical Operations team, playing a pivotal role in rolling out Tandem’s AI clinical operating system to some of the most influential healthcare organisations worldwide. This is a highly visible, global role where you’ll engage directly with executives, medical leaders, and end-users, bringing clinical insight into how our tools are implemented on the ground.
You'll lead live product demos, design workflows, partner with product and engineering teams, represent Tandem at events, guide clinicians through onboarding, troubleshoot issues, build templates and prompts, and manage clinical safety incidents. Requires clinical experience, exposure to consulting or startup environments, a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and flexibility to travel. Multilingual skills are highly valued.
