Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Project Manager

We are looking for an M&A Integration Project Manager to lead the seamless integration of acquired companies into our organization. You will play an important part in shaping our future by ensuring a smooth transition and delivering maximum value. You will bring expertise in project management and deep experience navigating the complexities of M&A transactions. You will report into the Head of North America M&A Integration. Responsibilities include transforming templates into project plans, leading integration efforts, identifying and escalating roadblocks, championing accountability, strengthening internal networks, upholding regulatory obligations, designing governance frameworks, preparing executive-level updates, and leading retrospectives. Candidate should have an advanced degree and 5+ years of project management experience including 2-3 years leading M&A integrations.
