Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site and centralized monitoring per SOPs, ICH GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Investigator sites, maintain relationships, and serve as primary contact for site staff.
• Ensure timely resolution of action items, oversee data quality, and support risk management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in clinical trials, with at least 4 years of monitoring experience including complex therapeutic areas.
• CNS/neuropsychiatry experience strongly preferred; experience in small/emerging biotech ideal.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% nationally and ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
