You will work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Product Designers to design solutions and produce high-quality code for 1M+ daily users.
You will embrace agile methodologies and continuous improvement through blameless post-mortems, architecture reviews, and engineering guild sessions.
You will engage in DevOps culture, proactively solve complex problems, and use iterative development with A/B testing.

Must Haves:

Software engineering experience with strong evidence that you can learn our Scala stack effectively.
Proficient in testing at unit and integration levels, with experience in relational or non-relational databases.
Strong technical and non-technical communication skills and willingness to work across multiple paradigms.

Desired Experience:

Writing high-quality code in TypeScript, Scala, Java, Kotlin, or another JVM language.
Experience with relational databases like Postgres and NoSQL datastores like DynamoDB.
Experience building scalable web applications and a DevOps culture.
