What You'll Do:
- Set technical strategy and lead execution of major system components.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to manage risks and trade-offs.
- Act as a force-multiplier through advocacy of technical solutions and operational processes.
What We Look For:
- 8+ years of experience designing backend systems at scale with Python or Kotlin.
- Proven track record with distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Spark, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with consumer-facing UI frameworks like React and search/recommendation engines.
