Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and launch backend systems for the ML Feature Platform, focusing on reliability and scalability.
- Build end-to-end features for data creation, exploration, serving, and offline backfilling.
- Collaborate with MLEs, analysts, and decisioning teams to ensure platform performance meets availability and latency goals.
What We Look For:
- 1.5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
- Experience with distributed systems technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to growth and feedback.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay range of $133,000-$183,000 per year, plus equity eligibility.
