What You'll Do:
- Own and deliver quarterly goals, leading engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to articulate technical constraints and make risk-aware decisions.
- Foster a culture of quality and ownership through code review and design standards.
What We Look For:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue, and leveraging AI tools for prototyping.
- Strong communication and ownership mindset, thriving in ambiguity and rapid experimentation.
