Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, leading engineers through ambiguity.
- Support the product development lifecycle by collaborating with product management, design, and analytics.
- Proactively identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience designing and launching backend systems at scale with Python or Kotlin.
- Proven track record with highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
