What you’ll do:
- Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to articulate technical constraints.
- Support operations and availability of team artifacts by monitoring metrics and on-call efforts.
What we look for:
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin and experience with distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills and ownership of growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay range in Poland: 259,000 zł - 379,000 zł per year.
