What You'll Do:
- Set technical strategy for your team on a year-long time scale.
- Collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle.
- Act as a force-multiplier through definition of technical solutions and operational processes.
What We Look For:
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
- Extensive track record in highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Spark, Kubernetes.
- Experience in financial systems, ledgering, or adjacent domains.
