About the Role:
- This is not a typical ticket-closing junior dev role; you'll build features for a real ERP system used by 85+ people daily.
- You'll work on a system with 31 data collections on Firebase, shipping actual features that are used by teammates across the US and Philippines.
- You'll use Claude Code as a daily tool to go from spec to shipped code, not just as an assist.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building React frontend and Firebase backend features that ship into a system used by real teammates.
- Configuring and deploying Firebase services: Hosting, Firestore, Auth, Functions.
- Shipping automations, integrations, fixing bugs, and improving performance through GitHub with real PR review.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of hands-on software development experience with strong React and Firebase fundamentals.
- Comfortable with automation, solid UX/UI instincts, and genuinely comfortable coding alongside AI tools.
- A developer who builds fast without cutting corners and values code that gets read, not just merged.
