Forecasting Model Development & Optimization:
- Define and monitor model performance metrics.
- Design scenario-based forecasts to support planning under uncertainty.
- Document assumptions, methodologies, and limitations.
Data Pipeline & Management (SQL):
- Partner closely with Data Engineering to define data requirements.
- Build and automate reliable data pipelines.
- Validate upstream data changes.
Visualization & Reporting (Looker):
- Translate complex statistical outputs into intuitive visualizations.
- Maintain and extend LookML to ensure consistent definitions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve forecast insights.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to Finance and leadership.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior analysts.
