Americas Sourcing Manager - Furniture

We are looking for a hands-on, high-performing Americas Sourcing Manager – Furniture to lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy for our North America based furniture categories, especially Made-to-Order (MTO) upholstery products. This role reports initially to our Head of Global Sourcing and will eventually report to our VP of Home Sourcing. You will partner closely with the Home Merchandising team and lead factory engagement across the region. Responsibilities include owning sourcing strategy and vendor relationships for North America based manufacturers of furniture products, leading cost negotiations and margin improvement initiatives, identifying and onboarding new factory partners, collaborating cross-functionally to bring new products to market quickly, visiting key partners, driving factory-side product development and order processing, and ensuring compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards. Requirements include 7+ years of sourcing experience, deep understanding of furniture production processes, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments. Ability to travel to vendors 1-2x / month.
