Program Manager, Technology Go-To-Market (GTM)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead technology Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives within our newly formed PMO office, reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving programs to grow and scale the business, with a focus on driving initiatives related to releasing new and expanding existing technology offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results. The Program Manager will lead planning, execution, and governance of company-wide strategic initiatives; develop clear project plans; collaborate with cross-functional leaders; communicate status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders; implement structured frameworks for problem solving and issue resolution; proactively identify interdependencies; and contribute to the development of PMO tools.
