OT/IT Integration Lead – Digital Manufacturing

In this role, you will build and maintain IT relationships with sites and support their IT experience, and lead the discovery and assessment of existing OT environments. You will develop and implement a plan to bring OT under centralized governance and control, identifying risks and opportunities within the OT landscape. Form and lead a cross-functional OT Working Group, partnering with IT teams to develop policies, architecture, standards, and procedures for OT/IT integration, security, and lifecycle management. Assess and improve the security posture of OT environments, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks. You will also serve as the technical lead for MES platform architecture, driving standardization and scalability of MES solutions across plants, and develop a roadmap for OT/IT convergence and digital manufacturing maturity.
