Job Description
As the Field Marketing & Experience Manager at Cyderes, you’ll bring our brand to life—designing and delivering experiences that create connection, generate pipeline, and leave a lasting impression. From tradeshows and partner events to executive experiences and client hospitality, you’ll own how Cyderes shows up in the market. This role requires a balance of creativity, operational excellence, and relationship management. You’ll work cross-functionally across Sales, Channel & Alliances, and Marketing to execute world-class experiences that reflect the Cyderes standard: bold, polished, and unmistakably human.
Responsibilities include leading the planning, design, and execution of in-person and virtual experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and pipeline; managing logistics for key events, partner activations, and industry conferences; ensuring every event reflects the Cyderes brand identity; overseeing creation of branded items; coordinating VIP experiences; working with the Channel & Alliance team; aligning field programs with marketing campaigns; leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce; monitoring performance metrics; maintaining timelines and budgets; and serving as a strategic partner to the sales organization.
