As the Program Success Operations Associate, you'll play a crucial role in the smooth setup and management of our volunteer and non-profit programs. You'll support data operations, communications, and reporting processes that directly impact client success and program performance. This involves supporting onboarding tasks by cleaning and uploading data, preparing client reports, executing email campaigns, and maintaining data accuracy through checks and updates.
Your responsibilities will also include collaborating on special projects, managing multiple priorities, and assisting in the design and implementation of new systems to improve program operations. You'll work cross-functionally with Program Success and Customer Success teams to standardize data management requests. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
