The Manager of Program Success builds and strengthens Catchafire's relationships with nonprofit members, serving as a trusted subject matter expert. You will be a strong ambassador of Catchafire, drawing nonprofit leaders to our platform and helping them unlock value. You will manage a portfolio of programs, onboard nonprofit professionals, facilitate peer learning groups, and represent the nonprofit voice in internal decision-making.
