Job Description
We are seeking an AI & ML Developer to integrate AI-driven automation into customer support and ticketing systems. The role involves designing and developing NLP models for chatbots, sentiment analysis, and document processing. You will implement text classification, named entity recognition (NER), summarization, and translation, as well as fine-tune and deploy pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, BERT, LLaMA, T5). This includes building and deploying intelligent chatbots for customer support and ticketing automation, integrating chatbots with platforms like WhatsApp, Slack, MS Teams, and WebChat.
The position also requires developing AI models for ticket categorization, prioritization, and auto-routing, and implementing AI-powered auto-response generation for FAQs. Responsibilities include preprocessing and cleaning ticketing logs, chat transcripts, and emails, and building APIs for AI-driven chatbot and ticketing automation. You'll conduct A/B testing, hyperparameter tuning, and model benchmarking, and stay updated with the latest in LLMs, generative AI, and conversational AI. Knowledge of security, compliance with regulations like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and ethical AI practices is necessary.
