Senior AI Engineer

The Role:

• The Senior AI Engineer is a practitioner role within Data Science, AI, & Agentic, responsible for driving complex AI engineering workstreams.
• You will shape implementation strategy, support delivery planning, and serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Drive complex AI engineering workstreams across multiple business areas.
• Define AI engineering approaches that align business goals with implementation outcomes.
• Mentor and coach practitioners, and contribute to hiring and team development.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English, strong experience in Python, SQL, Azure, and LLM applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, Databricks, and CI/CD.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG, prompt orchestration, and agentic applications.
