Team Performance & Delivery Standard:
- Define and enforce quality standards for motion and static creative through review and coaching.
- Own the team's delivery speed — how fast strong creative moves from brief to launch.
- Scale creative output without scaling headcount.
Operational Stack & AI Workflows:
- Own the team's production stack and keep it ahead of market standards.
- Evaluate, roll out, and train the team on AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Build reusable systems and templates that reduce manual production work.
Performance-Driven Direction:
- Translate performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA by concept and market) into concrete creative direction.
- Partner with the user acquisition team, turning their data insights directly into creative direction.
- Own localization QA across markets, formats, and networks.
