Commercial Title Examiner - Georgia

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive title searches and examinations by analyzing public records.
• Clearly explain title exceptions, requirements, conditions and other matters impacting commercial title and insurability.
• Identify and assess title risks, liabilities and insurability concerns; perform curative research; recommend solutions to resolve title defects.

Experience:

• 5+ years of commercial title search and exam experience; underwriting experience preferred.
• Advanced analytical, research and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience handling complex property types, patent searches and high value transactions.

Additional Skills:

• Customer and solutions focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex title issues.
• Working knowledge of industry concepts, practices, procedures and associated risks and liabilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft applications and other industry-related software required to perform job duties.
