Title Searcher/Examiner - Philadelphia experience preferred

Duties:

• Search and examine complex title orders to determine condition of title.
• Clearly explain chain of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers and managers.
• Prepare accurate, thorough, and compliant title reports.

Experience:

• 2+ years of customer service and general knowledge of the Title Industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented and customer focused with strong written and verbal communication skills.
