Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Analyze business requirements to identify SharePoint-based solutions and design custom workflows, web parts, and applications.
• Development: Develop SharePoint solutions using .NET, PowerShell, and Power Platform, integrating with other systems and applications.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit, integration, and system testing; debug solutions to ensure quality standards.
• Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with SharePoint technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3-5+ years of SharePoint development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, PowerShell, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate).
• Active Secret clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and organizational change management understanding.
• Experience with Human Centered Design, 508 compliance, and government contracting.
