Main Purpose of Role:
- Enhancing the implementation, use and maintenance of IVC Evidensia's LMS.
- Revolutionising the learning culture throughout the company.
- Sharing knowledge, experience, and practice to ensure the system provides a positive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the user database and assigning required learning modules.
- Uploading online modules and maintaining system functions.
- Contributing to and maintaining documentation relevant to the LMS.
Person Specification:
- Simplify and clearly explain technological concepts.
- Comfortable understanding and managing system functions, courses and learning content, user data and reporting functionalities.
- Comfortable with change and can adapt to evolving demands in a fluid environment.
