Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead contact for all client success activities, monitoring account health and building high-trust relationships with decision makers.
  • Utilize AI to streamline communications, automate tasks like meeting summaries, and generate client deliverables efficiently.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders for new use cases or modules, partnering with sales to expand commercial relationships.

Client Advocacy:

  • Provide timely updates using Gainsight and Salesforce to inform leadership of client health and external risks.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to incorporate client feedback into new offerings and advocate for clients as their trusted partner.

Compliance and Duties:

  • Understand and adhere to Juvare's information security policies, protecting company and client information at all times.
  • Perform other assigned duties and maintain compliance with company policies, with approximately 20% travel required.
