Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Drive CRM strategy and operational vision for all campaigns.

-Map out the appropriate customer journey and build segmentation strategies.

-Drive campaign optimizations with a data-driven roadmap and clear metrics.

Experience:

-Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major CRM/marketing automation platform.

-Strong understanding of data structures, segmentation logic, and data management principles.

-Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Skills:

-Proficient in HTML/CSS for building and troubleshooting email templates.

-Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.

-Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
