This role involves planning and building complex journeys using owned channels like Email and SMS to guide customers through discovery, activation, and borrowing funds for loans. You will create workback schedules, strategic documentation, and creative briefs, as well as analyze customer lifecycle performance to develop optimization roadmaps, collaborating with partners in Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Analytics.

Play a key part in shaping the patient experience by ensuring patients get the right message via the right channel at the right time and will be fundamental in helping create and scale a best-in-class lifecycle marketing program at Rula. You’ll lead the development and execution of multi-channel lifecycle strategies (email + SMS primarily) to improve the speed and quality of patient access to mental healthcare.
