Director, Web Platform Engineering

About the Role:

• This is a hands-on engineering leadership role responsible for the technical direction of a large-scale, Sitecore-based web platform and its broader digital ecosystem.
• You will partner closely with product leadership to translate business priorities such as lead generation, SEO, personalization, experimentation, and conversion into scalable technical solutions.
• The role combines architecture, coding, engineering standards, people leadership, and production ownership.

What You'll Do:

• Own the technical direction and architecture of the web platform, partnering as a peer with product leadership to shape priorities, sequencing, and long-term platform strategy.
• Remain hands-on in architecture, development, code reviews, technical design, and engineering standards while serving as the technical example for the team.
• Lead the evolution of a Sitecore-based, headless web ecosystem, including personalization, experimentation, content delivery, and modern frontend architecture.
