About the role:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON). Full-time, Permanent, Exempt.
- Cash compensation tailored to geographic markets, with base pay ranges from $217,000 to $310,000 USD.
- Eligible for company-wide bonus program and equity.
As a Senior Engineering Manager you'll:
- Set technical and product direction for code-native Webflow, ensuring high-fidelity round-tripping between visual and code surfaces.
- Lead integration of coding agents into the Webflow building experience.
- Hire, coach, and develop engineers while building a high-performing technical culture.
About you:
- 4+ years experience leading engineering teams building developer products or platforms.
- Strong technical depth in compilers, code generation, language tooling, or developer infrastructure.
- Experience building with AI or agentic systems.
