Job Description
The Director of Construction & Development position will be a Full-Time position. The employee is expected to perform the responsibilities outlined for this position, which can vary based on clinic needs. The Director of Construction & Development is responsible for understanding the construction and design process and working directly with development partners and their contractor teams to execute clinical construction builds against deadlines, including significant traveling to sites for inspections. Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team. Participate in weekly cadence meetings with development partners/contractors to discuss progress to targets and ensure execution against planned pipeline timelines and targets. Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly.
