Zensurance is offering a comprehensive training program for new talent seeking a career in Commercial Insurance Sales and Service where new hires become Brokers for the Accounts, New Business, and Renewals teams. No previous insurance experience is required as all the training you need to succeed will be provided. The training program includes intensive Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) training, paid for entirely by Zensurance, to prepare you to write and obtain your RIBO license. Candidates will study for and successfully pass the RIBO license exam and handle insurance leads provided to you. They will also assess the needs of potential clients to advise on coverage requirements.
