Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post recurring journal entries.
- Maintain subsidiary ledgers in alignment with the accounting close calendar.
- Prepare sales and use tax reports and assist with state-specific reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, invoicing, and general ledger processes.
