About the Role:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not employment, and contractors are not eligible for Future employee benefits.
- You will own a caseload of members and guide them from onboarding through progress milestones, with a mix of virtual sessions and messaging.
What You'll Do:
- Build personalized, data-informed plans with the support of AI tooling across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
- Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to help members find their own reasons for change.
- Track progress against goals and celebrate behavior and consistency wins.
Who You Are:
- Empathetic, independent, and collaborative, with proven high-volume caseload management.
- Comfortable working with a diverse member population and synthesizing health data from wearables and apps.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with tech-savvy adaptability to new tools.
What We Offer:
- Compensation range of $30–$40 per hour based on experience and credentials.
- Remote work with residency required in approved states: AZ, FL, GA, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT.
