Senior Associate – Investor Services (Fund Administration)

This position will work Pacific Time Zone hours and successful candidates will be US based on the West Coast. The Senior Associate will handle daily/routine client information requests and fulfill ad-hoc requests as needed. You will support clients on multiple Private Equity funds within various industries as well as manage investor expectations and ensure adherence to timelines of client’s deliverables. You will communicate with other departments regarding upcoming posts and approvals, update and manage document processes and policies to ensure proper record keeping, and manage the delivery of capital call and distributions notices to clients and the investors. The position also oversees relationships with own team and client to ensure standards are met and operating according to client’s process. Assessment of operational effectiveness and suggestions for process development are also expected.
