About the Role:

You will own product and technical problems end-to-end, from first conversation to production.
You'll work directly with founders and the grant-writing team, with no designers or PMs in between.

Key Responsibilities:

Own features end-to-end, including the user interface, from discovery to production.
Turn ambiguous business problems into clear technical plans and iterate quickly.
Advance the AI pipeline through prompt engineering, cost control, and multi-provider setup.

Ideal Candidate:

Senior engineer with 2+ years in a senior role and start-up or scale-up experience.
Strong in TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, and full-stack frameworks like Next.js and Express.
AI-native way of working, using tools like Claude Code or Cursor daily.
