New Senior Editor, CIO

This role will oversee Forbes’ CIO community and journalism and events related to it. The ideal candidate is a keen observer of tech, broadly and deeply versed in its history and the innovations shaping its future. They should be a skilled reporter and writer, fluent in features and profiles. They should be comfortable on stage and at home conducting high-calorie interviews, whether they are speaking to longtime CEOs or new entrepreneurs on the cusp of breaking out. They should have a great nose for news, a better one for topic-defining features, and eagerly contribute to and ideally drive the ongoing public conversations about tech and innovation. They should be able to move seamlessly between cover story and hosted event. Our desk is a highly ambitious one, and successful candidates will share that drive and passion, and be eager collaborators.
