Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess clinical information and knowledge needs to improve workflows and system usability.
- Analyze, map, and refine clinical workflows impacted by the Federal EHR.
- Support triage and resolution of clinical workflow, configuration, and user-reported issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in Clinical Informatics or related discipline.
- Five years of professional experience in clinical informatics or related field.
- Experience with EHR implementation, optimization, and clinical decision support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting EHR Go-Live and Post Go-Live operations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium or VA VistA.
- Experience working with clinicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
