Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clinical information needs and refine clinical processes to improve safety and efficiency.
- Analyze and document clinical workflows using BPM+ notation and drive standardization.
- Develop and optimize clinical decision support and content in the federal EHR.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced clinical degree or master's in health informatics plus 10 years of experience.
- Clinical background as RN, pharmacist, physician, or similar.
- Proficiency in Agile/SAFe, Jira, and Microsoft Office 365.
About the Role:
- Work within the VHA Office of Health Informatics to improve care across 170+ VA Medical Centers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary agile teams supporting the modernized electronic health record.
- Engage with clinical and operational stakeholders across the VA enterprise.
